Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr joins Dan Dickau’s ‘Quarantine Series’ podcast

High schools and high school sports across Washington are closed for the school year, but the Scorebook Live Today podcast has ramped things up.

Each weekday, analyst Dan Dickau is interviewing a special guest from across the sports and entertainment spectrum. Dickau hopes to both entertain and provide perspective to understand how uniquely sports can prepare one for a wide array of things.

On Wednesday, Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr joins. Kerr talks about playing with Michael Jordan on the 1997-98 Bulls, a season at the heart of the popular ongoing ESPN documentary “The Last Dance,” his path from NBA player, to front office member, to broadcaster and now to head coach.

Stay for Kerr’s John Stockton story and Dickau’s confession about a prank pulled on Kerr decades ago.

Special episodes will be released every weekday during the stay-at-home order, in addition to the weekly high school sports news and conversation podcast with reporters Andy Buhler and Todd Milles, released Thursdays.
